Airport Pickups

  • Free waiting time: 30 minutes after actual flight landing time

  • Flight monitoring included where flight details are provided correctly

Train Station Pickups

  • Free waiting time: 15 minutes

Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.


6. Vehicle & Luggage Policy

Vehicle Classes

We aim to provide the booked vehicle category, including:

  • Saloon

  • MPV

  • Minibus

Specific brands, colours, or models are not guaranteed.

Luggage

Passengers must ensure luggage fits within the selected vehicle category.

Oversized items such as:

Failure to declare excess luggage may result in additional charges or service refusal.


7. Children & Safety
