Welcome to Airport Taxitransfer. By using our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, online transfers, and other available methods. Prices are quoted at the time of booking and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the pickup time may be subject to cancellation fees. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the driver has been dispatched. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Waiting Time & Delays

For airport pickups, we offer complimentary waiting time of up to 60 minutes from the flight landing time. For other locations, a 15-minute complimentary waiting period is provided. Additional waiting time may be charged at an hourly rate.

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must provide accurate booking details, including contact information and flight details. Luggage is the responsibility of the passenger; we are not liable for any lost or damaged belongings. Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will result in a charge to cover repair costs. No smoking, excessive noise, or illegal substances are allowed in our vehicles.

Service Limitations & Liability

While we strive to provide timely and reliable service, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any missed flights, train departures, or other travel disruptions due to delays beyond our control. In the unlikely event of a vehicle breakdown, we will arrange for an alternative vehicle as soon as possible.

Child Seats & Special Requests

Child seats are available upon request but must be booked in advance. Special requests, such as extra luggage space or accessibility needs, should be communicated at the time of booking.

We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to our collection and use of your data for booking and customer support purposes.
